“Green and Carbon Neutral Building Transition Guide- Istanbul Model (Build4GreenIST) “ -Yeşil ve Karbon Nötr Binaya Geçiş Rehberi - İstanbul Modeli (Tamamlandı)
Considering that the largest percentage (63%) source in our Istanbul greenhouse gas emission inventory is fixed energy, a guide will be created to support actions related to building energy in the city. This guide aims to ensure that newly renovated buildings within the scope of urban transformation are green and carbon-neutral. Additionally, selected pilot residential areas will have their energy consumption monitored through sensors. This monitoring aims to encourage behavioral changes for efficient energy use

Production of Electrical Energy and Compost from Waste from Market Stalls and Vegetable&Fruit Markets
Converting biodegradable wastes generated in marketplaces and marketplaces into compost with electrical energy and then supplying the generated electricity to the city current and recycling it to producers as fertilizer

Within the scope of the "Covenant of Mayors in the Western Balkans and Turkey: EU for Energy Transformation" project: Development of the Sustainable Energy and Climate Action Plan (SECAP)
- Reduction of CO2 emissions through renewable energy and energy efficiency measures, accelerating the transition to low-carbon in the region
- Adaptation within the framework of enhancing capacity to adapt to the inevitable effects of climate change, being prepared for the changes brought about by global warming, and establishing resilient structures
