Establishment of emergency points supported by a warning system supported with the siren, blue light, and deterrent lights in public areas, where residents can charge their phones, receive Wi-Fi service, disabled vehicles, and request assistance in times of need for security purposes

- Ensuring the analysis of the events that constitute an emergency situation accurately in terms of location and incident and to enable rapid intervention
