Establishment of an interactive citizen platform with personalized interfaces that will provide access to city services (education, social activities, health, security, municipal services, etc.) from a single center

Insufficient Balance
It is envisaged that citizens who do not have sufficient balance in Istanbulkart cards will be given the right to fall into negative balance for one time. It is planned that this right will be activated in cases where citizens do not have money on their cards and the toll used in the next balance loaded will be deducted. In this way, transportation will be able to continue without interruption. In case of failure to reload the Istanbulkart, all transportation cards of the citizens will be temporarily cancelled

Elderly Button
A command and control center will be established in each district municipality and an application will be carried out to be applied to those in need. A digital map of each district will be created and subscribers will be contacted as soon as possible. Turn is a necessary project to be implemented in Istanbul and to ensure that orphaned elderly people in need are not deprived of this service.
- Providing fast access to municipal services for 65+ citizens living in Istanbul
- Establishing an organic link between 65+ people and IMM and making the relevant orientations faster
- Establishment of the necessary monitoring system for the establishment of mechanisms to facilitate their participation in life as well as close monitoring of the problems of people living alone and 65+

Real time monitoring on a 3D model of the city created from the sources such as CBC, high-resolution aerial photographs, satellite imagery, street panorama
- Providing a 3D data platform where analyses can be performed and documented in areas such as security, natural disaster management, event planning, tourist route and flight simulation, visibility and profile analysis
